Hello,
We are having all sorts of problems with the proxy message popping up every time we open up an office application. We are running a proxy on a domain. We noticed this issue occur after a bulk update from Microsoft was pushed through to our computers, once this came through that is when we started having all of these dramas.
Steps I have done already include:
- unchecking 'Allow Office to connect to the Internet'
- made suggested changes to the registry to disable any online content:
I have disabled this using OCT when deploying Office to workstations.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Internet UseOnlineContent=0
The systems administrator has also added the below items to our proxy
office.microsoft.com
odc.officeapps.live.com
officeimg.vo.msecnd.net
This is doing my head in and we are constantly having users log a job when this happens.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
